All residents of Riverside Apartments on Monday received under their doors a notice from Associate Dean of Students Mark DeRitis with the subject "Basements/Fire Safety" drafted October 6.
The purpose of the notice was to notify students that Residence Life had inspected the apartments over the four-day Fall Break as a result of finding during a 4:30 a.

The brothers of TEP hold an annual haunted house that is quite possibly the best in town. Their house was first inhabited by the Sisson family in the late 1800's and was later bought by Tau Epsilon Phi in 1968. It was the Sisson's summer home, and while under their ownership many frightening things happened.
