This past Friday, the Division of Research at Clarkson held a presentation on Financial Management. The purpose of this meeting was to train faculty so that they could understand the rules and regulations that manage the spending of externally sponsored projects.

The wind turbine project survey distributed in an announcement email on October 22 produced nearly 600 responses. The survey was conducted to evaluate the campus-wide opinion of utilizing a commercial-size wind turbine to power a portion of the campus. The results of the survey showed overwhelming support for the pursuit of renewable energy and, more specifically, wind energy to power Clarkson's campus.

On Monday, November 17, AFROTC detachment 536 hosted a retirement ceremony for Master Sergeant Crawford, who has been at the detachment for the last four years. MSgt. Crawford began her Air Force career twenty years ago, when she trained at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.

Derby Days is their annual week long event that consists of fundraising all week with the sororities of the Clarkson and SUNY Potsdam campus'.

Received a complaint of a driver being passed on Pierrepont Avenue by another vehicle. The suspect then came to the Potsdam Police Department where his license was found to be suspended.
