Sophomore Gabrielle Kosziwka (Limehouse, ONT) scored twice off rebounds as the third-ranked Clarkson University Women's Hockey team halted a two-game losing slide with a 3-0 shutout victory over Union College in ECAC Hockey action Saturday afternoon at Cheel Arena.

Following the difficult loss on Friday night, the CU Men's Hockey Team traveled on to Rensselaer on Saturday, February 6 and played a much stronger defensive game by coming up just one goal short as RPI won 2-1. Clarkson sophomore Corey Tamblyn stayed hot by scoring in his third game in a row.

The Clarkson Women's Hockey team welcomed Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute to Cheel Arena on Friday, February 5 for what would turn out to be the Knights first loss at home this season. At 8:57 in the first period, senior forward Dominique Thibault opened the scoring with Clarkson's first and only goal of the night.

It is safe to say that the Clarkson Men's Hockey Team suffered an ugly loss at Union College this past Friday, February 5 with a final score of 11-2. The Knights began Friday night with a bang by scoring the first goal just 20 seconds into the first period of play.

Women lose to SLU
The Clarkson Women's Hockey team traveled to Appleton Arena on Tuesday, February 2, to face Clarkson's arch rival, St. Lawrence University. Lauren Dahm, the regular goaltender for the Lady Knights, was ill and unable to play in this game. Freshman, goaltender, Kelsey Neumann saw her first game of the season, apart from the exhibition game in September.
