Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd
Driving to Left of Pavement Markings
Received a complaint of a driver being passed on Pierrepont Avenue by another vehicle. The suspect then came to the Potsdam Police Department where his license was found to be suspended. Suspect issued traffic summons for same.

Speed in Zone - 42 in a 30
Officer observed the above subject operating a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed; Officer initiated a traffic stop and issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for the above charge.

Speed in Zone - 49 in a 30
Officer observed the above subject operating a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed; officer initiated a traffic stop and issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket for the above charge.

Unlawful Possession of Marijuana
Patrols were called to Ives Park to investigate suspicious activity between a couple of male subjects. Upon arrival they observed the listed suspects and a subsequent search of their vehicle turned up a small amount of marijuana. The above subject was issued an appearance ticket for same.

Failure to Keep Right
Failure to Yield Right of Way
Patrol observed the suspect traveling on Market Street. As he approached Sandstone Drive the suspect turned prematurely, crossing the yellow line and failing to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver was issued a traffic summons for same.

Patrol observed the listed suspect operating her vehicle down the middle of the street in the oncoming lane. Patrol initiated a traffic stop and further investigation revealed a suspended license. Suspect was issued traffic summons for same.

Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle
Patrol observed the suspect operating her vehicle at a high rate of speed. Patrol initiated a traffic stop, and further investigation revealed that the vehicle's registration was expired. Suspect was issued summons for same.
