Last Friday, April 17, from 8:00 p.m. until Saturday morning, April 18, at 8:00 a.m. Clarkson students gathered for the annual Amercian Cancer Society Relay for Life. Students raised money within their groups to support cancer research and spent the night walking around the IRC track as well as playing games such as basketball, volleyball, and dodgeball. The relay is an all-night event to symbolize that cancer never sleeps and neither will those looking for a cure. Above are two participating teams. The Women's Hockey team poses on the left as super heros fighting against cancer. To the right, University President Tony Collins and his wife, Karen, pose with the College Republicans team early in the event. The group came to the event dressed as the Secret Service.
